TRANSPORT ROLLERS
B&W Klaver specialises in the production of, in particular, special transport rollers. B&W Klaver can produce these rollers complete with drive element. Although we can also produce standard pallet conveyor rollers, we are not specialised in these. For standard pallet rolls, we supply many drive elements, such as chain heads and double toothed belt pulleys, to manufacturers who do specialise in these standard rolls.
SKID ROLLS
B&W Klaver specialises in particular in the production of so-called skid rollers for the automotive industry. These rollers take care of the internal transport of the chassis in the car factory if it is not yet fitted with wheels. The chassis then stands on a so-called skid with which it is transported through, among other things, the painting lines. B&W Klaver produces these skid rollers in many variants:
- in steel or stainless steel
- with or without coating (PUR/Vulkollan 92° Shore A)
- with hardened running surfaces and/or completely galvanised
- suitable for use in a high-temperature environment
- specialised in the production of skid rollers
