STANDARD SPROCKETS
B&W Klaver has many timing belt pulleys in stock, our stock programme includes:
- sprockets with classic profiles such as XL, L, H and XH pre-drilled and suitable for Taperlock
- pulleys with metric profiles such as T2.5, T5, T10, AT5 and AT10 pre-drilled
- sprockets with HTD profile such as 3M, 5M, 8M and 14M pre-drilled and suitable for Taperlock
- clamping plates for the above profiles
- timing belts
If required, we can of course provide the standard pre-drilled timing belt pulleys with e.g. a pilot hole, keyway and tapped hole, but other designs are of course also possible. Please contact one of our sales people for the possibilities.
SPECIAL TOOTHED BELT PULLEYS
B&W Klaver is the manufacturer of timing belt pulleys. B&W Klaver has the options of uncoiling milling or uncoiling stitching of timing belt pulleys. The advantage of unwinding milling over milling is that when milling timing belt pulleys, a flange can be turned behind the row of teeth. This eliminates the need to weld a flange to a sprocket afterwards, which in turn ensures a sturdier construction. Toothed belt pulleys that are plugged (with a flange behind the last row of teeth) are often used in driven pallet rollers where the toothed belt is looped through. The teeth of both tine rows are exactly in 1 line.
B&W Klaver can cut and mill many types of pulley gears, from HTD gears to Metric gears. View our list of toothed belt profile pitch knives and cutters that we currently have in stock. If we do not currently have a cutter or knife for your desired toothing, we can often obtain the desired cutter or knife very quickly through our many contacts.
We also have the possibility to cut and/or mill so-called ‘0’ gears. With Metric ‘0’ gears, the reverse backlash (the backlash when moving back and forth) is not present. The belt must also be pulled into the timing belt pulley with more force. We also have the tools for the production of Polychain timing belt pulleys.

B&W Klaver produces timing belt pulleys in any desired series, from single pieces to thousands. We can produce timing belt pulleys with diameters ranging from 8mm to 1100mm.
