ABOUT US
B&W Klaver is your partner in the production of drive components.
We have years of experience in the production of sprockets, skid rollers, straight-milled sprockets and toothed belt pulleys. B&W Klaver has a machine park in which shifts are worked in order to optimally finish the products.
Machinefabriek B&W Klaver originated from two companies: Machinefabriek Klaver from Dedemsvaart and B&W Trading from IJhorst. Both companies were founded in the 1940s and distinguish themselves from others through years of experience in the production of drive components. B&W Trading, formerly MABA, specialised in the production of moped chain wheels, but decided to switch to the production of industrial drive components. In 1994, it was decided to take over machine factory Klaver from Dedemsvaart, a factory that mainly specialised in the production of timing belt pulleys. Today, machine factory B&W Klaver employs about 90 people and has a state-of-the-art machine park.

MACHINE PARK
B&W Klaver has modern and extensive machinery, enabling it to offer a wide delivery programme. Virtually all products are manufactured from bar materials, which are sawn on one of the six sawing machines with longitudinal re-petting. Products are finished to the last detail. In the cnc turning shop, there are machines equipped with robot loaders, but also powered tools and spindles. In the CNC milling shop, B&W Klaver has four machines with various options. The machine park also produces skid rolls using welding manipulators. Semiautomatic welding manipulators and a fully automatic roller production line ensure an optimal end product. B&W Klaver also has a gearing department, with conventional gearing machines and fully automatic machines with ring loaders and robotic loading.
Thanks to motivated employees, modern machinery and shift work, we are able to supply drive components at a competitive price and with fast delivery times. Quality comes first and we meet all customer requirements.
